Experience: 2+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Education: High school diploma. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration is preferred.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

Inventory Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description: - Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting routine cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
- Analyze data from ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures that align with corporate goals for cost reduction and efficiency.
- Partner with procurement and production teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and recommend corrective actions to optimize utilization.
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards to provide real-time visibility of stock levels, usage, and discrepancies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on inventory transactions, providing training and support to warehouse operators and production teams.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements for inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve supply chain performance and reduce waste.
Position Requirements: - Proficiency in ERP and WMS systems required. Advanced Excel/data analysis skills are strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to drive process improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and continuous improvement in a high-paced environment.
