Step into Your Role as an Electronic Assembly Technician

Do you enjoy piecing together detailed assemblies? In this role, you'll transform components into sub-assemblies and final products, all while ensuring they meet our standards of excellence. Your expertise in handling a variety of tasks will contribute to our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver soldering excellence by attaining J-STD certification and passing a practical evaluation.
• Assemble a diverse range of products, from handpieces to optical devices, adhering to detailed instructions and specifications.
• Decode blueprints and precisely follow work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Create, prepare, and fashion different wire harnesses and cable assemblies, meticulously inspecting throughout the process.
• Conduct rigorous testing on various products, from subassemblies to complete assemblies.
• Master an array of tools, from manual to fully automated, during assembly operations.
• Comprehend and apply ESD protocols consistently.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment, rotating through numerous manufacturing tasks on demand.
• Be ready to engage in all assigned overtime without compromise.
• Cultivate basic computer aptitude to perform essential functions.
• Safeguard the efficiency of equipment through preventive maintenance.
• Participate proactively in housekeeping, keeping your workspace orderly.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, wearing requisite protective gear.
• Support 5S standards and engage in continuous advancement efforts.
• Coordinate with other shifts, ensuring seamless transition and communication regarding jobs, parts, and tools' status.

What You'll Need:

• Six months of hands-on experience with electronic assembly and a flair for soldering.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 pounds independently for prolonged periods.
• Possess clear vision, whether naturally or corrected, to at least 20/40 in each eye, and have color distinction capabilities.
