About the Job:

Registered Nurse (RN)/ LPN - $5000 Sign-On Bonus Full Time positions

Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Nurses (RNs & LPNs) for Full time/ Part time positions in 

• Area 1: Boston ( Boston, Dorchester, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Mattapan, Roslindale, Roxbury, Roxbury Crossing, South Boston, South End, West Roxbury).
• Area 2: Quincy ( Braintree, Brockton, Weymouth, Randolph).
• Area 3: Brighton ( Brighton, Cambridge, Charlestown, Somerville).

Qualifications of Staff Nurse include:

• A current nursing license in Massachusetts (RN/LPN).
• Hands-on nursing experience as an RN/LPN.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively as an RN.
• Strong interpersonal skills as an RN/LPN.
• Good computer skills.
• Flexibility to travel to cases as assigned as an RN/LPN.

Responsibilities of Staff Nurse include:

• Provide professional nursing care to clients in their homes as an RN/LPN.
• Assess, evaluate, and teach clients regarding their disease processes and treatments as an RN/LPN.
• Review, implement, and follow the plan of care and perform re-evaluations of the client's care needs as an RN/LPN.
• Provide hands-on nursing care like administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician as an RN.
• Collaborate with clients’ primary doctors, other providers, and caregivers in care delivery as an RN/LPN.
