Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate designer to join our team. 

There are a few qualities that are important to us:

• You have a strong passion for design, with 1-3 years experience working directly with clients or in an in-house role.
• You have an uncanny attention to detail.
• You can interpret strategic mandates into working solutions.
• Your portfolio demonstrates as much of your process as it does finished work.
• You are a self-starter.
• You’re not afraid to speak up and you are comfortable fielding critiques and criticism from clients and peers.
• You’re not afraid to use AI as part of your process and final designs.

These are the skills/tools we use and expect you to use as well:

• Figma.
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & XD.
• Google Drive.
• Mailchimp.
• Slack.
• Asana.

Also, it would be amazing if:

• You can write HTML/CSS.
• You have excellent writing and communication skills.
• You have some photography skills.
• You have strengths in either/all of the following: logo design, illustration and/or design for print.

We usually work as an extension of our client's marketing team. You will be part of the team that will turn insights into successful brands, marketing campaigns, and websites that go beyond and above common best practices. We want our clients to enjoy working with us as much as they enjoy the results of that work. It's critical to get the details right, every time.
