Adecco is hiring immediately for a Staffing Recruiter role with a local client in Santa Clara, CA. Pay is $50/hr-$52/hr. We are seeking a results-oriented and adaptable High Volume University Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the recruitment efforts for high-volume roles and university candidates, implementing innovative strategies to attract and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting. Key Responsibilities · Support the end-of-the-end recruiting process for high-volume roles and university candidates, ensuring efficiency and quality in every stage. · Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the university recruiting process, including sourcing strategies, campus events, and candidate engagement tactics. · Adapt quickly to changes in recruitment priorities and market conditions, adjusting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals. · Screen candidate resumes, assessing their qualifications for various positions within the organization. · Coordinate and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers, driving alignment on candidate selection. · Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system. · Collaborate closely with the University Relations Campus Manager to execute campus strategies and foster relationships with target universities. · Serve as a campus owner for several key universities, building strong relationships with university staff, faculty, and student group leaders. · Drive the attraction, development, and overall success of our university recruiting efforts, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and innovation. Qualifications · 1-4 years' experience in high-volume full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment. · Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, with a focus on high-volume recruiting. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. · Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. · Proficiency in recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems. · Experience maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders.
