### Responsibilities:
- Prepare various tax returns, including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Conduct tax research and assist with tax-related correspondence.
- Support tax planning and preparation efforts.
- Manage client information requests and ensure timely deliverables.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Maintain high-quality standards in tax services.
- Assist with special tax projects and firm initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and management to provide exceptional service.

### What We're Looking For:
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
- Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate preferred.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, and tax regulations.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with tax and accounting software.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
