We are a seasonal, waterfront restaurant in beautiful Door County, WI, looking for a talented, creative culinary professional to collaborate with and work alongside our culinary team. This is listed as a seasonal position, but could potentially be full time. We are in an exciting phase of change, and ready to embrace a new generation of ownership and ideas. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, work well with a variety of people, show effective leadership skills and have experience in all stations. We are looking for a Chef who has creative and original ideas, and is able and eager to translate those ideas into successful concepts. You must have a positive attitude and a willingness to take an active role in every position within the BOH.
We are family-owned and operated, and have no confines of a traditional kitchen hierarchy. We encourage ambition and are always open to employees actively participating in the growth and evolution of the restaurant, and there is no limit to your growth within our organization.
