We’re looking for a Social Media Sorcerer (or whatever cool title you vibe with) who can craft posts that don’t just blend in—but actually stop the scroll. If you instinctively know what makes content pop, what sparks real engagement, and how to turn a post into a movement, then we need to talk.
What You’ll Do:
Make Opal unmissable. Your words, memes, and videos will be the reason someone finally decides to get their life together.
Build a cult (legally). You’ll grow and engage a community of people who actually care about focus, productivity, and reclaiming their time.
Hack the algorithm. You know the difference between a post that flops and one that takes over X, TikTok, and Instagram.
Test. Learn. Adapt. You’re data-driven but not a robot. You know when to double down and when to pivot.
✅ 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or being that person in the group chat who always sends the best memes first.
✅ You live and breathe U.S. social media trends —if it’s happening on TikTok, you knew about it last week.
✅ You can write like a human (not like ChatGPT on default settings) and your content has personality.
✅ You can film, edit, and create simple but effective social content —whether it’s snappy iPhone videos, clever X threads, or eye-catching IG posts.
✅ You actually care about focus, productivity, or at least the idea of being slightly less addicted to your phone.
