About Us:

Cyber Valley Agency helps clients grow their business through advertising and public relations. We focus on serving companies which market nationally and are based in the “Cyber Valley” of Kansas City, Missouri.

We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Team Lead to join our team. In this role, you’ll architect and outline new web pages based on comprehensive keyword research, driving organic growth for our clients. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in SEO strategy, ready to lead and collaborate with our talented team of writers, designers, and developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities that align with client goals.
  • Design and outline web page architectures optimized for SEO performance and user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with writers to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies, and with designers and developers to bring pages to life.
  • Monitor SEO performance metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies to maintain and improve rankings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in SEO, with a focus on keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in improving organic search rankings and driving traffic for clients.
  • Deep understanding of website structure, technical SEO, and current search engine algorithms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Wordpress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in agency settings or managing multiple client accounts is a plus.

Starting Pay Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year (Commensurate with Experience)
