Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy customized Child Welfare solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs, including workflows and integrations.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot code issues in the Salesforce environment.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
- Maintain documentation for development activities and adhere to Salesforce coding standards.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience with Lightning component development.
- 7+ years of experience developing and maintaining Apex code.
- 3+ years of experience with Visualforce pages.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce integrations of 3rd Party apps.
- 3+ years of experience with data migrations from legacy systems.
