Description We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented Friday-Sunday Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy engaging with people in a fast-paced environment and are looking for part-time work. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner Answer and route incoming calls efficiently Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed Provide basic information to visitors and assist with general inquiries Receive deliveries and handle mail as needed Keep the reception area clean and organized Requirements Requirements: Previous reception or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills detail oriented appearance and demeanor Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a busy setting Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday) Familiarity with common office technology (phone systems, computers, printers) If you are courteous, organized, and thrive in a people-focused role, we encourage you to apply!
