What You'll Need:

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
At least two (2) years of experience in graphic design or production design
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience integrating designs for social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take direction from multiple stakeholders

Preferred Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!):

Background in print production or pre-press
Knowledge of digital and/or sublimation printing methods
Web development experience is a plus
Familiarity with CMS-based website updates (training provided)

What You'll Do:

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. You'll collaborate with the sales team to develop engaging visual content and support client needs.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Designing and preparing graphics for various projects
Managing multiple tasks and adjusting priorities based on deadlines
Supporting social media initiatives with creative content
Exploring new ideas and creative processes to enhance our visual branding

Work Environment & Schedule:

Work setting: Office environment with production elements (experience in production is a plus)
Schedule: Full-time, 45 hours per week, daytime hours (specific schedule to be discussed)

Additional Requirements:

Must pass a drug screening, background check, and reference check
