Pharmacy Manager – Hospital Setting (Peridot, AZ)

About the Role:

Join a mission-driven healthcare team serving the San Carlos Apache community in Peridot, AZ. As Pharmacy Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting inpatient pharmacy services, overseeing operational workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily pharmacy operations and staff workflows
• Support and monitor safe medication administration practices
• Assist with immunization/vaccine programs (preferred)
• Uphold compliance with hospital, state, and federal standards
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and supply chain for medications
• Collaborate with providers and nurses on medication-related care
• Maintain licensure and BLS certification (within 90 days)

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacy License in Arizona (required)
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy ( PharmD preferred)
• BLS Certification (obtainable within 90 days)
• 3+ years of pharmacist experience (2+ in hospital preferred)
• Licensed to administer immunizations and emergency meds (preferred)
• Strong understanding of inpatient workflows and formulary systems

Job Details:

• Location : Peridot, Arizona
• Salary : $90,000 – $100,000 (DOE)
• Type : Full-time, on-site
• Benefits : Full package included
• Travel : Minimal, local preferred
