Position Highlights

• Full or part-time OT opportunity in Conroe, TX, just north of Houston

• Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience)

• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500

• Flexible schedule options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s available

• Preferred availability for evening shifts 2-3 times per week

• Collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical setting

• Realistic productivity expectations: only 26 of 40 hours required in direct care

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric clients using evidence-based occupational therapy practices

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to support functional outcomes

• Educate families and caregivers to support continuity of care at home

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including behavior analysts

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Actively engage in team meetings, continuing education, and skill development

Qualifications

• Current or pending Texas licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for improving the lives of children and supporting families
