**Responsibilities** **Position Summary:** The Patient Services Representative is responsible for executing various clerical and secretary functions for the Diagnostic Imaging department: answer and direct phone calls, computer entry of patient data, exam entry, registrations/reception of patients, fulfillment of film requests, patient scheduling, editing of reports, enhancing patient experience by minimizing wait times, and providing other similar tasks. **Qualifications** **Minimum Qualifications:** + One (1) year clerical and/or receptionist experience required. + Computer / typing skills + Use of various office equipment including fax/copier + Able to read, speak and write English + Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Microsoft Office preferred + Medical Terminology preferred + Experience in a hospital or medical clinic preferred. **Overview** Dignity Health Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital is a 104-bed not-for-profit hospital located in Grass Valley, California.
