Carolinas Staffing Solutions is Looking for Full-Time Parking Attendant in Southport, NC!

Essential Functions:

• Cheerfully greets all guests, employees, contractors, and residents in accordance with customer service standards.
• Monitors traffic flow, directing vehicles to appropriate parking spaces.
• Ensures the security of vehicles and the safety of customers and employees.
• Accurately collects parking fees and prepares accounting reports.
• Maintains an accurate cash register and completes bank deposits.
• Keeps daily parking logs up to date.
• Assists with recordkeeping, including parking agreements, waiting lists, and customer files.
• Performs routine maintenance on parking equipment and reports any damages.
• Works outdoors in all weather, including weekends and holidays.
• Cleans parking booths, lots, and sidewalks; empties trash containers.
• Assists with minor vehicle issues (e.g., jump-starting cars or inflating tires).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills required.

Special Requirements:

• Must have a valid North Carolina driver’s license.
• Pass Background Check, Driving History, and Credit Check. 

Hours: Open availability, Days or Nights.
