Jobs Descriptions: Description: Help home-bound patients regain their ability to perform daily living functions post-injury or illness. Collaborate with other skilled disciplines, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy, to provide coordinated care. Skills: Therapy skills under industry standards, good interpersonal skills, and knowledge of durable medical equipment. Requirements:

• OT: Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist, and current Texas Driver's License.
• COTA: Texas state license as a COTA and Texas Driver's License
• PT: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an approved program, current Texas State License as a Physical Therapist, current Texas Driver's License.
• PTA: Texas state license as a PTA and Texas Driver's License

Rates:

• OT: Rates start at $65 per visit and go up to $80 depending on the type of care.
• COTA: Rates start at $50 / $55 per visit.
• PT: Rates start at $55 per regular visit and Evals-Re-Evals $75 or up to $80 depending on the area
• PTA: Flat rate of $55 per visit.
