Nail Technician - Trilogy Monarch Dunes (Nipomo, CA)

Responsibilities:

• Perform manicures and pedicures to the highest standards.
• Ensure the "Trilogy Experience" for members and guests by maintaining Trilogy's service standards.
• Report any incidents or accidents to the Assistant Fitness & Spa Director and/or Fitness & Spa Director.
• Understand and implement universal precautions when providing services.
• Address and resolve any guest concerns to prevent customer dissatisfaction using excellent customer service skills

 

Qualifications:

• Valid Nail Technician license.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
