Job Title: Medical Documentation Reviewer Core Business Operations
Location: Houston, TX
Travel: Up to 25%, depending on client needs

About the Role:
This position is part of Deloitte's Core Business Operations (CBO) portfolio, which supports clients-particularly in the government and public services sector-by optimizing operations and mission delivery through innovative solutions and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Review medical exam reports for compliance with legal and medical guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide case-specific feedback and resolve inconsistencies.
Adhere to protocols related to the handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Personal Health Information (PHI).
Maintain productivity and quality metrics consistently.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in MDE (Medical Disability Examination) programs and/or DBQ (Disability Benefits Questionnaire) processes.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship or be eligible for a U.S. security clearance.
Willingness to travel up to 25% based on project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
At least 6 months of experience in Healthcare Quality Assurance.
Background with MDEO (Medical Disability Examination Office) vendors.
Prior experience in reviewing medical documentation under legal/medical compliance standards.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Experience in medical benefits processing.
Active or prior medical licensure (e.g., LVN, RN).
