We’re looking for a Meta Media Buyer who can take winning ad creatives, dial in targeting, and scale campaigns to deliver consistent, predictable ROI for our clients. If you’re analytical, strategic, and obsessed with performance marketing, you’ll love this role.

Launch, optimize, and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for clients
â
Analyze key performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum efficiency
â
Collaborate with our creative team to test and refine ad creatives
â
Set up targeting, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize ROAS
â
Run A/B split tests and iterate quickly based on performance data
â
Stay on top of Meta’s ad policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends
â
Provide clear reporting and insightful recommendations to improve results
â Proven experience running paid social campaigns, specifically on Meta (minimum 2+ years)
â Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup, and event optimization
â Experience managing $5K+ per month ad spend per client (higher budgets preferred)
â Proficiency in analyzing data in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and third-party tracking tools
â Deep knowledge of ad creatives, hooks, and direct response marketing
â Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
â Bonus: Experience with high-ticket lead generation, appointment-setting funnels, or call center integration
