The Opportunity As part of the Software and Product Innovation - Testing and Quality Assurance team you, you manage test data operations and oversee the successful implementation of test data management capabilities across testing life cycles. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are responsible for project success and maintaining exemplary standards, while utilizing your broad knowledge in test data management tools and methodologies. Your role involves motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality, embracing technology and innovation, and upholding professional and technical standards. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
