Job Description
The Mammography Technologist performs a variety of technicalactivities associated with the performance of screening and diagnosticmammography procedures. The MammographyTechnologist uses specialized X-ray equipment to take images of the breasttissue and work with radiologists to interpret the results. The Mammography Technologist helps detectbreast cancers early to improve the chances of successful treatment andsurvival.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience
- ARRT (M), BLS, IEMA
- Experience with stereotactic biopsies
- Experience with automated whole breast ultrasound is preferred
- Experience with Hologic Selenia Mammo units
- COVID Vaccination
- Start Date: ASAP
Schedule:
· Full Time (40 hours/week)
· 7:30am - 4pm or 8am - 4:30pm
· Mon - Fri
Total Travel Package: $3,178.00 / Week (Gross)
*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for the travel package*
· Taxable wages: $1,120.00 / week
· Weekly lodging allowance: $1,414.00/week
· Weekly meals / incidentals: $644.00 / week
· Estimated weekly take home after taxes: $3,178.00 / week(Net)
