Local CDL A tank drivers needed to haul petroleum products in and around Omaha, Nebraska.

 
New Pay & Schedule Options: Driver-Focused

• Flexible scheduling. Pick your schedule based on available options.
• Driver's can pick to be paid hourly or by the load.

Highlights:

• Company Driver (W2, Solo)
• Home every day.
• Tanker trailer.

• Median $1,650 weekly pay.

Hourly or Load Pay Options Available:

Hourly:

• $28.50/hr if not carded or $30/hr if already carded.
• $33.75/hr for Fri – Mon (Day Shift) 12 hours per day.
• Automatic Annual pay rate Increases.

Load Pay:

• Up to $0.68 a practical mile, loaded and empty + supplemental pay.
• Primarily Operates within a 100-mile radius of your home, but can go up to 250 miles.
• Single or Multiple Compartment Aluminum Tanker Trailer.
• Home nightly.
• Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement Required (If you don’t have it, we can provide resources for you to obtain it!)

Hiring Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements.
• Class A CDL without the following restrictions:
  • Manual (E), Air brakes (L, Z), Night driving (G), No semi-trailer (O), Intrastate only (K) or Medical variance (M)
• Clean motor vehicle license.
• 2 years of recent driving is preferred.
• 12 months minimum of recent driving experience.
• 12 months of tractor trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• Experience must be with a 36 ft. trailer minimum.
• TWIC must be obtained by OTR drivers.
• Must have a valid DOT medical card.
• Pass a urine drug test.
• English proficiency is required.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Core Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules.
• Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure.
• Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations.
