We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to work in a Community Based Mental Health Center in the Gary, Indiana area. The LSCW would work with a well-respected interdisciplinary team of Physicians, Providers and Therapists. The LCSW is responsible for providing and coordinating Behavioral Health Care for patients under the direction of the Medical Director of Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse. The ideal candidate would also have their certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CDAC). The Behavioral Health Clinic manages patients with Depression, ADHD, Substance Abuse (referral screening), grief counseling, and other counseling services. The clinic is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. The Provider would receive a competitive salary of $55,000-$70,000+ (Depending Upon Experience) with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, PTO, and CEU allowance. This location is a loan repayment eligible site through the NHSC and would provide $25,000 per year to the LCSW candidates student loans (minimum of a 2 year commitment required in exchange for $50,000 in loan repayment). $1,000 signing bonus and relocation assistance available. Requirements for the Position:
Masters degree in psychology, social work, family therapy or counseling
Licensed in the State of Indiana
Current CPR Certification
