We are partnering with a leading hospital in California seeking experienced Interim RN Educators to support their clinical education teams across multiple specialties. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff in assigned specialty areas.
• Assess staff competencies and identify learning needs.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to implement evidence-based practices.
• Mentor and support nursing staff to enhance clinical performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards in educational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active California RN license (required).
• Education: BSN (required); MSN or specialty certification (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in one of the following specialties:
  • Critical Care
  • Medical-Surgical
  • Labor & Delivery
  • Wound Care (Certified Wound Care Nurse – Advanced Practice)
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience as a nurse educator (required).
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
