Role Overview
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, and administrative tasks. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and leadership to ensure smooth HR processes and an outstanding employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Assist with maintaining employee records, processing new hire documentation, and handling confidential information.

  • Recruitment Support: Help coordinate job postings, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.

  • Onboarding & Training: Assist in onboarding new employees, conducting orientation sessions, and supporting training initiatives.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee data management.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines.

  • Event Coordination: Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and wellness programs.

  • HR Reporting: Compile reports on HR metrics, employee engagement, and recruitment efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • Educational Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

  • Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or HR support role is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic entry-level candidates.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday) is a plus.

  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity.

  • Team Player: A proactive and collaborative mindset with a strong desire to support and grow within the HR field.
