Job Description

Stange Law Firm, PC is accepting resumes only for a Full-Time Human Resources Professional. 

The job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Provides overall functional support in the area of human resource management and recruiting.
• Assists with managing and maintaining personnel files.
• Assists in managing employee relations.
• Assists in managing employee compensation, benefits administration, and organizational development and training.
• Assists with ensuring that the Firm is compliant with applicable human resource laws, including but not limited to COBRA, ADA, and the FMLA.
• Assists in enforcing and maintaining Firm Policies & Procedure
• Assist in contacting and conducting interviews of all applicants for employment opportunities (full-time and part-time).
• Manages Applicant Tracking System for applicants.
• Assists in overseeing and managing the posting and maintenance of open job positions at Stange Law Firm.
• Assists in providing recommendations and analysis regarding job applicants, including running background checks, checking references and ensuring assessments and applications are completed.
• Maintains a positive attitude and supports the Firm’s goals through teamwork.
• Performs any other reasonable task requested.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess the following:

• Human Resource Degree or the equivalent.
• Human Resource specialization or the equivalent.
• Some HR/recruiting knowledge and/or experience preferred.
