Your Role in Our Mission

You will be the steady voice and open heart for patients and families navigating the emotional and spiritual challenges of end-of-life care. Through personalized counseling and meaningful connection, you’ll help individuals find purpose, closure, and serenity.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive spiritual assessments and tailor support to individual needs
• Provide direct spiritual and grief counseling to patients, caregivers, and loved ones
• Collaborate with clergy and spiritual leaders across faith traditions
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings
• Document services and maintain compliance with hospice standards
• Offer bereavement support and guidance as families adjust to loss

What You Bring

• 1+ year of chaplaincy experience (hospice setting preferred)
• Knowledge of Medicare spiritual care guidelines
• Strong background in grief and end-of-life support
• Compassionate communication and inclusive spiritual sensitivity
• Collaborative spirit and ability to connect with community faith leaders
• Spanish fluency a plus
