Job Title: Graphic Designer 
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $1500–2000 USD/month
Working Hours: 9am - 5pm PST (flexible)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in design principles and a passion for creating visually engaging content. This is a task-oriented , deadline-driven role, where the ability to deliver high-quality design work quickly and efficiently is key. You will collaborate with our team remotely, working on a variety of design projects with flexibility in terms of working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital marketing materials, websites, social media, branding, and other visual assets.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
  
• Ensure design consistency across all deliverables and align with brand guidelines.
  
• Work independently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Revise and update designs based on feedback and ongoing project needs.
  
• Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to the team.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
  
• Proficiency with Figma (must have experience).
  
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work (link required).
  
• Strong English fluency , both written and verbal.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, understand project requirements, and provide clear design solutions.
  
• Highly task-oriented with an ability to meet deadlines and work independently without micromanagement.
  
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively in an asynchronous work environment.
  

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience working in a remote, flexible environment .
  
• Familiarity with time zone differences and the ability to adapt to a non-traditional work schedule.
  
• Exposure to design work in various industries (e.g., eCommerce, tech, startups).
