Location: Remote (Time-zone relative to the Americas)

We're seeking an experienced media buyer to join PolicyBind in revolutionizing insurance lead generation through direct carrier partnerships. Our mission is to maximize campaign performance by combining premium payouts with unlimited volume potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns (YouTube, Search, and Display)
• Full-funnel optimization and strategy
• Ability to take fresh new accounts to high scale
• Writing and implementing prelander and advertorial strategies
• Creating and optimizing campaign strategy
• Working with our development team to implement testing ideas

Required Skills:

• Proven track record managing $1M+ in Google/YouTube ad spend
• Experience scaling fresh accounts successfully
• Strong understanding of Google Ads policies and compliance
• Full-funnel optimization expertise
• Self-sufficient campaign management abilities
• Performance marketing background
• Ability to work in US time zones

What Success Looks Like:

• Profitably scaling campaigns from fresh accounts to 6-figures monthly
• Maintaining consistent performance while expanding reach
• Implementing innovative testing strategies autonomously 
• Developing new angles and approaches for continued growth
