Accountabilities

• Manage program reporting and metrics delivery.
• Maintain service reporting dashboards in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely updates and completion of operational reporting.
• Manage a diverse group of employees and implement service improvements.
• Work with Talent Acquisition to develop a strong hiring process.
• Support internal teams in gathering requirements for project solutions.
• Coach and guide team members for career development.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in leading cooperative project teams.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience managing high-pressure projects with tight deadlines.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving.
• Experience with operation level solutions for technology-related issues.
