Contender Esports Tulsa is looking for energetic, reliable Crew Members to join our front desk team. If you enjoy video games, working with kids and teens, and creating an awesome customer experience, this is the perfect job for you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and check players in
- Run gaming sessions, memberships, and party bookings
- Handle snack bar purchases and keep the center clean and organized
- Assist with youth esports practices, events, and birthday parties
- Provide friendly support to parents and players throughout their visit
- Complete daily tasks through Homebase Task Lists
What We’re Looking For
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and able to work with kids ages 8-16
- Basic knowledge of gaming platforms (PC, Xbox, PS5, Nintendo) is a plus
- Weeknight and weekend availability preferred
- Must be able to work Weekends
