We are pleased to offer the following sign on bonuses for your degree:

• $500 for a CDA
• $750 for an Associate’s degree
• $1,000 for a Bachelor’s degree

Upon hire, you will need to provide the official transcripts for your college degree.

• Family Service Advocate is responsible for classroom support & coverage, family support, outreach and recruitment. 
• Must have transportation as weekly outreach in the communities we serve is required. 
• Responsibilities also include participating in parent meetings and family events as assigned.
• Minimum of an Associate's degree in ECE or Human Services required. (Bachelors preferred)
• Must be EEC Teacher qualified or willing to become certified, $19.00 per hour or higher depending on level of education and certification.
• Candidates who speak Portuguese preferred.
