Your Role:

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems efficiently and accurately
• Use diagnostic tools and special equipment to test and troubleshoot issues
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle needs and repair estimates
• Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering dependable service
• Uphold safety and quality standards at every turn

What You Bring:

• FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) Certification
• Proven experience in automotive service and diagnostics
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Customer-focused mindset with technical precision
• Ability to operate modern diagnostic equipment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must pass background screenings
