Readyverse Studios is a pioneering studio co-founded by Futureverse Co-Founders Shara Senderoff and Aaron McDonald, alongside Ernest Cline, the best-selling novelist and creator of the Ready Player One franchise, and Dan Farah, the film's producer.

Readyverse Studios is dedicated to transforming the vision of the open metaverse depicted in Cline’s Ready Player One novel and its blockbuster film adaptation into a reality; a multi-world, multi-IP, interoperable open metaverse experience for mass consumers.

The studio holds an exclusive IP license from Warner Bros. Discovery to bring the Ready Player One franchise to the metaverse, with additional brands and franchises set to join The Readyverse soon.

Readyverse Studios will launch “The Readyverse,” a next-gen immersive and interoperable launcher designed for discovering metaverse games and experiences that integrate web3 and AI-generated content (AIGC) technologies. This platform empowers users, developers, and brands to create interconnected experiences.

The Readyverse will uphold the principles of the open metaverse, including provable digital ownership, community-owned infrastructure, decentralization, security, and interoperability. It will be built utilizing Futureverse’s extensive technology platform.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) the Experience Producer will be responsible for the daily execution and reporting across experiences and products. The Experience Producer will work closely with cross-functional teams – including Designers, Game Developers, Artists, Level Designers and QAs. The Experience Producer will ensure tasks and releases are completed on time, within budget and too the highest standard to align with the overall roadmap of the product. The ideal candidate has a passion for gaming, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of game development pipelines.

This role will:

• Work with the CPO, Product Owners and Lead Game Developer to support all active productions and produce high-impact projects as needed.

• Lead and manage the end-to-end production of experiences and products.

• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and budgets.

• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

• Coordinate between departments (Design, Art, Programming, Sound, QA) to ensure smooth workflows.

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners (publishers, vendors).

• Ensure games meet quality standards and align with creative vision.

• Conduct retros to analyse successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in game production (Producer, Project Manager, or similar role)
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira or similar)
• Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine) and agile methodologies
• Organized and adaptable; willing to experiment and grow

Nice to have:

• AWS Serverless infrastructure and CloudWatch monitoring.

• Proficient with task management software(JIRA or similar).

• Experience leading small agile/creative teams from prototyping to release stages.

• Web3 general knowledge & interest.
