**Makers & Finders** in Las Vegas, Nevada: We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide **bookkeeping**, **accounting,** and ancillary support for a dynamic hospitality company with 100+ employees. In this position, you will perform a variety of accounting and office general support.
**JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES (includes, but is not limited to the responsibilities below)**
· Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records as required
· Daily response to all emails
· Daily filing, organize, and accurate record keeping on digital cloud storage platforms (Dropbox/HR/Accounting)
· Daily review of Accounts Payable using accounting & AP software such as: Bill.com & Restaurant365
· Daily invoice approvals, credit requests and reconciling any discrepancies
· Reviewing of new hire onboarding compliance records and requirements
· Gather various spreadsheets and logs for balancing and reconciliation
· Weekly reconciliation of several vendor invoices, and download spreadsheet/pdf
· Weekly billing for our company owned commissary kitchen, scan delivery receipts, and digital file.
· Weekly reconciliation of the petty cash and P&L spreadsheets for all locations.
· Weekly maintenance of employee list w/ anniversary dates, work cards, and certificates
· Monthly review of credit card statements and data reporting
· Monthly download of all bills, vendor statements, and reconciliation. Communicating any discrepancies
· Manage CPA requests related to bookkeeping
· Function in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and procedures
· Be dependable, responsible, and punctual, and maintain good attendance.
· Learn and effectively process job responsibilities efficiently and confidently.
· Project a professional demeanor and always behave/speak in a professional manner
