Job Description
:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our team. As an Events Assistant at Beloform, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. This is a dynamic position requiring excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality events.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, venue selection, and vendor management.
Support the team in creating event timelines, schedules, and agendas.
Help with event setup, ensuring all materials and resources are in place.
Manage communication with vendors, guests, and clients before, during, and after events.
Provide on-site event support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Track event budgets and help ensure that events stay within financial limits.
Assist in preparing post-event reports and evaluations.
Perform other duties as needed to support the event team.
Skills and Qualifications
:
Proven experience in event planning or coordination is preferred, but not required.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
