• Provide top notch customer service and support during face to face interactions
• Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both community and client practices
• Communicate with sales team to best address customer needs
• Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by client and our own team
• Drive sales by promoting new products and offerings as needed

Entry Level Sales Associate Requirements:

• Goal-oriented and driven
• Self-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed
• Customer Service background preferred, by not required
• Full time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed
• Ability to work both in teams and individually
