LaSalle Network is hiring an EDI Specialist for a leading organization running on Infor Cloud Suite. This role is for someone who can confidently navigate the world of EDI, from development to testing, and thrives in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment. If you're fluent in XML, ANSI X12, and BODS—and know your 810s from your 860s—we want to talk.
This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly influence the accuracy, efficiency, and success of data exchanges across enterprise platforms. Immediate availability is preferred.
EDI Specialist Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and test EDI integrations within the Infor Cloud Suite platform
Work with ANSI X12 transaction sets, including but not limited to: 810 (Invoice), 860 (Order Change), and 852 (Product Activity Data)
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for seamless EDI communications
Create and maintain XML mappings and schemas
Utilize BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations
Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners to ensure data accuracy and compliance
Monitor EDI transaction flows and troubleshoot issues as needed
Support new trading partner onboarding and system enhancements
EDI Specialist Requirements:
3+ years of EDI development and testing experience
Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite is required
Proficiency in XML and ANSI X12 EDI standards
Deep understanding of EDI transaction sets, especially 810, 860, and 852
Working knowledge of BODS (BusinessObjects Data Services)
Strong troubleshooting skills and a detail-oriented mindset
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a focus on quality delivery
