At A. Servidone Inc. & B. Anthony Construction Corp., we lead with precision and pride in delivering complex construction and infrastructure projects across the Northeast. We’re expanding our remote operations team and looking for a Dispatch Coordinator who can manage field team logistics from anywhere while keeping communication fast, clear, and efficient.

Your Day-to-Day

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of field crews, equipment, and deliveries
• Monitor real-time activity using GPS and dispatching platforms
• Communicate updates, reroutes, or scheduling changes to teams and drivers
• Keep detailed records of equipment usage, job site arrivals/departures, and logistics reports
• Work closely with Project Managers and Operations Leads to ensure smooth daily workflows
• Handle last-minute changes and solve problems on the fly with calm, clear thinking
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet scheduling (construction preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort with remote tools: email, messaging platforms, GPS/logistics software, and spreadsheets
• The ability to prioritize fast-moving tasks with professionalism and urgency
• A strong understanding of transportation timelines, field crew needs, and construction language
• Availability for early morning coordination (Eastern Time) and occasional weekend check-ins
