Briefly describe the position responsibilities: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to support our digital team with a range of marketing tasks. This role provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies, analytics, and content management. The ideal candidate will contribute to promotional coordination, analysis and KPI tracking, social media support, email support and SEO/SEM efforts while gaining valuable skills across various marketing platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (additional duties may be assigned)

· Promotional Coordination and Analytics: Track and analyze promotion performance, including redemption use and ROAS, using established reporting templates and systems. Compile reports to provide insights on promotion success and areas for optimization on a regular cadence.

· Analytics & KPI Review: Assist in reviewing basic Google Analytics metrics and KPIs to track campaign performance and site traffic. Compile and format data in existing Excel worksheets, creating visual representations to support reporting needs.

· Reporting on Promotions and Catalog Metrics: Compile data for detailed reports on promotional and catalog metrics, organizing data into existing Excel worksheets for easy review and analysis.

· Project Management Support: Assist in updating the Hive board to ensure timely completion of tasks, including filling out project briefs and organizing team deliverables. Support Q4 execution and 2025 planning.

· Creative Content Development: Coordinate with the Creative Services department for content needs, ensuring alignment with the overall digital strategy. Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas for creative campaigns.

· Social Media Content Support: Edit video and image content for social media channels, write post descriptions that align with the brand voice and objectives and support the development of creative content ideas for social campaigns.

· SEO/SEM Development & Coordination: Provide support for SEO and SEM initiatives, such as on-page optimization, H1, Page Title, Meta Descriptions. Partner with the Director to ensure external team has everything they need.

· Link & Alt Text Testing: Test links and alt image descriptions on email and web content to ensure accessibility and user experience quality.

Experience and Skills

Qualifications

· Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

· Basic knowledge of Analytics, social media platforms and SEO/SEM.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for data tracking and reporting.

· Familiarity with content creation and editing tools.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Enthusiasm for digital marketing and eagerness to learn new skills in a hands-on environment.

Additional Details

This is a paid internship with a commitment of 10-20 hours/week for a duration of 3 months. This position offers real-world experience with mentorship from experienced marketing professionals in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
