Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of innovative design solutions for digital platforms.
- Ensure all designs align with brand standards and overall business objectives.
- Work closely with the product team to integrate design with technology.
- Create compelling visual concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.
- Develop high-fidelity digital designs from concept to final delivery.
- Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure design coherence and execution.
- Iterate on design solutions based on feedback to enhance final outputs.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in digital design, preferably in a tech-focused environment.
- Strong command of design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a clean and effective visual design style across diverse digital projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
- Ability to present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
