Job Overview:
The Data Analyst is responsible for the computerized compilation and documentation of regulatory and accreditation reports for overall quality of nursing care delivered throughout the hospital organization.

Essential Functions:
Data Collection and Data Entry: Demonstrates ability to perform integration of nursing regulatory and accreditation reports via both computerized and manual formats
Demonstrates the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, Kronos, TDS, AcuStaf and various other computer programs to record and analyze data with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Reports Production and Distribution: Demonstrates the ability to use various computer applications to produce reports as necessary.
Demonstrates the ability to perform transition procedures between manual and computerized reports methods during downtime and recovery periods.
Demonstrates the ability to distribute and display reports on nursing units as directed
Project is completed according to the established guidelines and time frames of the requesting party.
Demonstrates Flexibility and Initiative on the Job by:
Flexes hours to meet the requirements of assigned projects.
Utilizes lulls in workload to assist others where feasible.
