**Job Title: Custodial Worker** **Pay: $17 - $23/hr, based on experience + overtime** **Shift: 1st (first) shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday** **Job Description** The Custodial Worker performs both routine and non-routine cleaning tasks and special projects as needed. They are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, cafeterias, and public areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all occupants. **Responsibilities** + Perform general clean-up of assigned areas of the building following a weekly schedule and as directed. + Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas as assigned. + Complete non-routine cleaning tasks according to specified job orders. + Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up; dispose of trash and recycling into the compactor. + Respond to emergency cleaning and upkeep requests, including Bloodborne Pathogen Safety Cleaning. + Ensure rooms are maintained and fully equipped. + Wash, strip, and polish floors. + Routinely clean offices and cubicles, including dusting and vacuuming. + Maintain the janitorial request list and perform other janitorial duties as requested. + Assist with snow removal and apply sand and salt when required. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in cleaning, janitorial, and custodial duties. + Effective written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work well under minimal supervision. + Strong time management skills with attention to detail and thoroughness. + Physical capability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts, including alternating Saturdays. + Capacity to take direction and work collaboratively. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a competitive pay structure with performance-based bonuses and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, making you not just an employee, but an owner. The employee must frequently walk through manufacturing areas to access various supplies and resources. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Plymouth, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
