What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to insurance agents to schedule appointments.
Use a CRM system to track calls, progress, and outcomes.
Maintain a professional, upbeat phone presence with every interaction.
Hit daily and weekly goals for calls and appointments.

What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in call center, telemarketing, or sales support.
A confident, professional phone voice and presence .
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
Comfort working with CRM or call-tracking systems.
