JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Saratoga, WY 82331
Shift Schedule: 3x12 Night Shifts – Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Duration: Approximately 13 Weeks (Possible extension depending on business needs)
Pay Range: $28 – $34 per hour on W2
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
 
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the Extended Care Unit under the supervision of nursing staff.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Take and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
Support residents with mobility needs, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Assist with documentation and ensure accurate reporting of care provided.
Follow facility policies and procedures, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
 
Skills/Experience Needed:
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred; extended care, long-term care, or geriatric care experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently on night shifts and manage responsibilities calmly and efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Successful completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
 
Certifications:
Active CNA license in Wyoming or Compact State eligibility.
BLS Certification (American Heart Association) is required.
COVID-19 vaccination may be required per facility policy.
