Preparing for College & Careers Teacher

St. Theodore Guerin High School in Noblesville is searching for a full-time teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. The teacher will primarily be teaching a new course at our school, Preparing for College & Careers. The start date would be August 1, 2025.

Requirements

• Applicants should be comfortable integrating Catholic/Christian values into their teaching and
• living out those values in their daily lives.
• Applicants should have a mindset toward helping students identify their God-given gifts and explore potential careers and colleges they may pursue later in their high school career.
• Applicants should have the capacity to create all elements of a new course using a variety of resources.
• Applicants will work closely with our school counselors and IB coordinator to gain an understanding of their curriculum and how that fits into this course.
• Applicants should have good communication skills, a commitment to professional development,
• and be committed to contributing to the life of the school.
• Applicants should be committed to being a highly effective teacher in a college-preparatory,
• one-to-one technology environment that emphasizes higher-level thinking and a culture for learning.
• Applicants should be dedicated to providing the support needed for all students to learn at a high level.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess an Indiana Teaching License. Applicants will be considered with at least a bachelor’s degree who are willing to work toward licensure.

Salary

Salary will be based on our salary scale. Benefits include an excellent comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance plan along with an employer-matched 403(b) program.
