Job Description
We have an outstanding Contract position for aCall Center Service Representative to join a leading Company located in Houston, TX.
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
- Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
- Perform returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting andclosing RMAs.
- Useof DataWorks system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation.
- Receive product orders and process toshipment.
- Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
- Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance toall quality requirements.
Basic Hiring Criteria
- High School or equivalent required
- Must have 1+ years of Call Center Customer Service experience.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have typing skills
- Must be computer proficient
