Job Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for aCall Center Service Representative to join a leading Company located in Houston, TX.

Pay Rate:  $15.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:  

• Act as customer service interface to internal employees and external customers and perform all service-related activities (Sales Orders, RMAs, warranty, center set-up, contracts, and consignment procedures).
• Provide responsive and reliable customer service and technical support. Provide liaison support between customers. Coordinate with other departments.
• Perform returned materials process, including initiation, receipt, expediting andclosing RMAs.
• Useof DataWorks system for sales orders, shipments, field service contacts, RMAs, warranty and report generation.
• Receive product orders and process toshipment.
• Provide international customer service at times, and in such event, work a flexible schedule.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects.
• Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance toall quality requirements.

Basic Hiring Criteria

• High School or equivalent required
• Must have 1+ years of Call Center Customer Service experience.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have typing skills
• Must be computer proficient
