Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a long-term contract (90 days) position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily banking operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in cash handling, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to accuracy. Responsibilities: - Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments efficiently and accurately. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns through inbound calls and in-person interactions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing top-notch service. - Enter customer and transaction data into banking systems with precision. - Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers with relevant bank personnel. - Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for creating and maintaining reports and documentation. - Maintain the integrity of customer records by updating information regularly. - Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. - Support call center operations by assisting customers with information and guidance. Requirements - Previous experience as a Bank Teller or extensive cash handling experience is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage inquiries and complaints effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. - Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate with bank personnel. - Experience with inbound and outbound calls in a setting requiring attention to detail. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Familiarity with call center operations is a plus.
