Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bank Teller to provide exceptional customer service and handle financial transactions with precision and care. This contract position is based in Manhattan Beach, California, and requires strong communication skills and attention to accuracy. Responsibilities: - Assist customers with banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. - Respond to inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding financial services. - Maintain accurate records by performing data entry tasks and updating account details. - Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries through email and phone correspondence. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures while delivering excellent customer service. - Support the team by handling inbound and outbound calls as needed. - Process customer orders and perform order entry tasks efficiently. - Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes. - Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or banking environment. - Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach. - Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting. - Ability to manage email correspondence and schedule appointments effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of banking policies and procedures is a plus.
